Monday workout

Once agian after the break I'm feeling great.

Mobility:
Sun A Yoga flow,

Warm up:
lying leg raised 3 by 50
incline push ups 3 by 20

Workout

Hanging leg raises 5 by 8
Push ups 10 by 3
Pistols 3 by 1-8 ladder
